- Location: Based in Chattogram City
- Reporting to: Senior Branch Manager
- Coordination: Fee Collectors, Encoders and Plumbers.
- Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the Sr. Branch Manager, the responsibilities of the Operations Field Coordinator shall include but not be limited to the following:
- The coordination of Water and sanitation services.
- The coordination with the Community informs the community about the works and activities of SJP, solves the field community issues, and negotiates to collect the arrears.
- The supervision of the field staff(s) like-Fee collectors, plumbers, etc.
- The assistance of the Sr. Branch Manager on the Financial Management procedure.
- Facilitate Group meeting/Cluster assembly regarding SJP services, Discuss Rules regulations, and opportunities & limitations of the services.
- Prepare the weekly meeting minutes and send them to SBM, OM, and PM.
- Looking after Operations Field Activities:
- Monitoring the field activities
- Client Management
- Community Coordination
- Supervision of the Fee Collection
- Assist the Sr. Branch Manager and the Finance Officer with the Financial Management Process.
